This workbook will provide an in-depth exploration of the Black family’s role in the biblical narrative, examining key figures, their contributions, and how their stories shape our faith today. This isn't just history—it’s our family’s legacy. The African Presence in the Bible: Setting the Foundation Biblical & Historical Context From Genesis onward, Africa and its people played a key role in biblical history. Many of the descendants of Ham (Cush, Mizraim, Phut, and Canaan) settled in lands corresponding to Africa and the Middle East. Throughout the Old and New Testaments, we see evidence of Ethiopia, Egypt, and other African nations engaging in significant events of Scripture.
